Welcome to Gotorex, an international online marketplace operated from South Africa. Gotorex connects customers with products offered by Gotorex and independent third-party sellers.
By accessing, registering for, purchasing from, or selling through www.gotorex.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Gotorex policies.

Where required by applicable law, Gotorex will provide relevant business and seller information to customers.
2. Marketplace & Third-Party Sellers
Gotorex operates as a marketplace and may offer products supplied by independent sellers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the applicable seller is responsible for the product, including its description, legality, authenticity, safety, quality, fulfilment and compliance with applicable laws.
Gotorex may verify sellers, request identification or business documentation, remove listings, suspend sellers, restrict transactions and take other reasonable compliance measures.
Where required by law, seller identity and contact information will be disclosed to customers or authorities.
3. Products & Product Information
Sellers must ensure that products and listings are accurate, lawful and compliant with applicable safety, consumer, intellectual-property, customs and regulatory requirements.
Gotorex may remove or restrict products that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, recalled, misleading, infringing or otherwise prohibited.
Product availability, specifications, colours, images and descriptions may vary where reasonably disclosed.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order becomes accepted when Gotorex or the applicable seller confirms the order in accordance with the checkout process.
Gotorex or the applicable seller may cancel an order where permitted by law, including where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, prohibited, fraudulent, unsafe or cannot legally be supplied.
If an order is cancelled, applicable amounts paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the applicable refund process.
5. Prices, Taxes & Payments
Prices, applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout where required or available.
Depending on the destination, product and transaction, VAT, GST, sales taxes, customs duties, import charges or other governmental charges may apply.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and may be subject to security and fraud checks.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery times vary by supplier, product, destination, stock location and shipping method.
Some products may be delivered as quickly as 1–3 business days in certain countries, including the United States, while other products may take substantially longer.
The estimated delivery period, available shipping method, shipping charge and applicable destination restrictions will be displayed during the purchasing process where available.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.
International deliveries may be affected by customs procedures, import requirements, carriers, weather, regulatory requirements or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory delivery rights applicable to the customer.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Gotorex aims to provide a fair and controlled returns process while complying with applicable consumer-protection laws.
7.1 Requesting a Return, Refund or Cancellation
Customers requesting a return, refund or reporting a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed product must contact:

Photographs or video evidence where relevant;
Evidence of damage or defect;
Delivery information; and
Any other reasonable information required to assess the claim.
7.2 Inspection & Eligibility
A return, refund or replacement request may be subject to review and inspection to determine eligibility.
Gotorex and/or the applicable seller may assess the product, transaction, shipping circumstances, evidence and applicable policy before approving a discretionary return, refund or replacement.
The time required to complete the review, inspection and resolution process may vary depending on the product, seller, shipping circumstances, evidence required and complexity of the claim.
Customers must cooperate reasonably with the inspection and provide requested information or evidence.
Where a return is approved, Gotorex or the applicable seller will provide the applicable return instructions.
7.3 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers should contact admin@gotorex.com as soon as reasonably possible after receiving a product that appears damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.
Photographs, video or other reasonable evidence may be requested.
Gotorex may investigate the claim with the applicable seller, supplier, carrier or other relevant party before determining the appropriate remedy.
Where applicable law requires a particular remedy, that legal remedy will apply.
7.4 Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns are subject to the return conditions displayed for the relevant product and the mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction.
Where a jurisdiction provides a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right, Gotorex will honour that right subject to legally permitted exceptions.
For example, qualifying EU online purchases generally include a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to statutory exceptions.
7.5 Return Conditions
Where a return is permitted, Gotorex may require that products:
Are returned within the applicable permitted period;
Are returned to the address or facility specified by Gotorex or the seller;
Include the relevant order information;
Are adequately packaged for return; and
Have not been improperly used, altered or damaged beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
Certain products may be excluded from voluntary returns where legally permitted, including products that are personalised, made to specification, perishable, or otherwise subject to a lawful statutory exception.
7.6 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible, unless another method is required or agreed.
The amount and timing of a refund will be determined according to the applicable law, transaction, approved remedy and circumstances of the claim.
Where applicable law permits Gotorex to wait until returned goods are received or evidence of return is provided, Gotorex may do so.
Nothing in these Terms permits Gotorex to withhold or delay a refund beyond a period permitted by applicable law.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or replaces a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived.
Where the laws of the customer's country provide mandatory rights concerning cancellation, withdrawal, defective products, refunds, warranties, guarantees, delivery or other consumer protections, those rights remain applicable.
9. Prohibited Products & Activities
Gotorex does not permit products or activities that violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, safety requirements, intellectual-property rights or Gotorex policies.
Gotorex may restrict products, sellers, destinations or transactions where required for legal, regulatory, safety or compliance reasons.
10. Intellectual Property
Gotorex's trademarks, branding, website, software, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Users and sellers must not upload, sell, reproduce or distribute content that infringes another person's intellectual-property rights.
Rights holders may report suspected infringement to Gotorex through the applicable reporting process.
11. Reviews & User Content
Reviews and ratings must represent genuine experiences and must not be fraudulent, misleading or manipulated.
Fake reviews, review manipulation, harassment, unlawful content and attempts to manipulate marketplace rankings are prohibited.
Gotorex may moderate or remove content where permitted by law and applicable policies.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Gotorex Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
Depending on the customer's location, additional privacy rights may apply.
13. Fraud, Abuse & Account Enforcement
Gotorex may investigate suspected fraud, abuse, payment misuse, false claims, fraudulent returns, counterfeit products, manipulation of the marketplace or other prohibited activity.
Where permitted by law, Gotorex may suspend accounts, restrict transactions, remove listings or take other appropriate action.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising a legal right or statutory remedy.
14. Complaints & Disputes
Customers should first contact admin@gotorex.com regarding complaints, orders, returns, refunds or other transaction issues.
Gotorex will review complaints according to the applicable policy and law.
Where applicable, customers retain rights to use statutory complaint procedures, alternative dispute resolution, mediation or courts available under the law applicable to their transaction.
Any governing-law or jurisdiction provision will apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gotorex will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the marketplace or transactions involving independent third-party sellers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. International Compliance
Gotorex operates internationally and may be subject to different laws concerning consumer protection, privacy, taxation, customs, product safety, intellectual property, sanctions, export controls and online marketplaces.
Gotorex may limit access to products, sellers, services or destinations where necessary to comply with applicable law.
Marketplace information may include seller identity, product information, pricing, shipping information and other information required by the customer's jurisdiction.
17. Changes to These Terms
Gotorex may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on the website with its effective date.
Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a material change, Gotorex will provide the legally required notice or obtain the required consent.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
