Gotorex is designed as a multi-seller marketplace where independent sellers may offer products to customers internationally. This Policy explains the marketplace structure, seller information, product listings, rankings, pricing, reviews and important customer information.

Gotorex may verify sellers before or during their participation in the marketplace.

- Responsible-person information;
- Other legally required trader information.
The information displayed may vary depending on the seller's location, product and applicable law.
Seller verification does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the seller.
3. Product Information
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product information.
Listings should accurately describe:
- Product name;
- Product characteristics;
- Specifications;
- Price;
- Availability;
- Seller information;
- Applicable warnings;
- Delivery information; and
- Other information required by applicable law.
Gotorex may remove or restrict listings containing inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or incomplete information.
4. Pricing & Additional Charges
Prices displayed on Gotorex may vary by seller and product.
Depending on the destination and transaction, customers may also be responsible for applicable:
- Taxes;
- VAT/GST;
- Customs duties;
- Import charges;
- Shipping charges; or
- Other legally applicable charges.
Where applicable law requires charges to be disclosed before purchase, Gotorex will provide the required information.
Customers should review the final order total before completing a purchase.
5. Search Results & Product Ranking

7. Reviews & Ratings
Customer reviews and ratings may help other customers evaluate products and sellers.
Gotorex may use reasonable measures to detect or restrict:

- Reviews submitted by people who did not purchase the product;

10. Shipping & Delivery Transparency
Shipping times vary according to:
- Seller;
- Supplier;
- Warehouse;
- Destination;
- Carrier;
- Shipping method;
- Customs; and
- Product type.
Some products may be delivered as quickly as 1–3 business days in countries such as the United States, while others may take substantially longer.
Delivery estimates should be reviewed before completing an order and are not automatically guarantees unless expressly stated as such.
11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the Gotorex Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, together with mandatory consumer rights applicable to the transaction.

Verification does not guarantee the seller's future conduct or guarantee every product sold by that seller.

The availability and presentation of information may differ depending on the customer's country and applicable legal requirements.

Gotorex operates internationally, but legal requirements differ between countries.
A product or seller permitted in one country may be restricted in another.
